2. Service Description

Trainer Sync is a management platform for personal trainers and fitness coaches that allows:

  • Client management and profiles
  • Creation and tracking of training routines
  • Meal and nutrition plans
  • Appointment scheduling and availability
  • Billing and payments
  • Communication with clients

3. Registration and Account

To use our services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities on your account

4. Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial period for new users. At the end of this period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Upload malicious content or viruses
  • Reverse engineer the software

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Trainer Sync, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Trainer Sync and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the processing of your data according to that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trainer Sync will not be responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss due to technical failures
  • Service interruptions for maintenance
  • Third-party actions on the platform

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You do not pay your subscription
  • Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months
